Refund & Cancellation Policy

At *India Tourz*, we understand that travel plans may change. Below is our refund and cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations must be requested at least *7 days* before the tour start date.
– Cancellations after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy
– If a cancellation request is made within the eligible period, *50% of the amount* will be refunded.
– Refunds will be processed within *15-30 business days* from the cancellation approval date.
– The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellations
– No refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 7 days before the tour).
– In case of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
